尼尔雌醇治疗女性灼口综合征的临床观察

Clinical observation of treatment of women with burning mouth syndrome by nylestriol.

目的：观察尼尔雌醇治疗女性灼口综合征的临床效果。方法：采用尼尔雌醇辅以孕激素的雌激素替代疗法治疗１３例月经紊乱，未进入更年期和更年期前后的女性灼口综合症患者。结果：痊愈５例，好转６例，总有效率８４．６％。其疗效与维生素治疗组相比有高度显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：内分泌紊乱在女性尤其是更年期前后的中老年女性的灼口综合征发病中起着重要作用，尼尔雌醇是治疗该类患者的安全、有效药物。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treatment of women with burning mouth syndrome by nylestriol. Methods: 13 cases of menstrual disorder (not in climacterium) and climacteric women with burning mouth syndrome (BMS) were treated by hormone replacement method of nylestriol and progestogen. Results: It showed that 5 cases were cured, 6 cases were improved, and the total effective rate was 84.6%,significant difference was found in the efficacy between hormone replacement method and vitamin therapy ( P <0.01). Conclusions: It indicated that endocrine disorder played an important role in the development of BMS among women, especially those in their climacterium, and nylesriol was safe and effective medicine to cure these patients.
