On Interaction and development Between Environmental Law and Ecologicalization of Civil Law

该文从环境法与民法的关系出发，通过对环境法的立法理念、目的、原则和传统民法解决环境问题的缺陷的阐述，探讨了环境法和民法的良性互动与发展的现实基础、发展领域等基本问题，寻求建立环境法与民法沟通与协调的良性发展机制，以促进环境立法，顺利实现传统民法的历史转型。

The interaction between the environment law and the civil law, the paper Based on relations between the environment law and the civil law, through analyzing legislative idea, the goal, the principle of the environment law and the flaws that the traditional civil law soleves the environment questions, this article has discussed basic questions, that is, the benign interaction, the development realistic foundation and the development domain between the environment law and the civil law. The purlx^eof this article is to seek the communication and the coordinated benign development mechanism between them to promote the environment legislation and smoothly realize traditional civil law historical reforming.
