On the Academic Characteristics of German FH and its Revelation to Chinese Higher Vocational Education

该文从德国应用科技大学以培养应用性人才为目标，重视专业设置的应用性和针对性，以岗位需要为导向开展教学，强化实践教学地位，教学方法多样，教师聘任强调学术与实践统一，对学生进行个性化职业规划和就业指导等方面的特色进行探析，就我国高等职业教育的发展提出一些对策和建议。

German FH which aims at training applied personnel lays emphasis on the application and practical relevance in provision of study programs and practical teaching, develops different teaching methods to meet the professional post demand, attaches great im- gortance to teacher＇ s both academic and practical experience as well as provides students personalized career planning and employment guidance. The paper analyzes the above academic characteristics of German FH and provides some strategies and suggestions for the development of Chinese higher vocational education
