摘要
目的了解云南省白族6个短串联重复序列基因座遗传多态性分布。方法应用复合扩增技术对CSF1PO、TPOX、TH01、F13A01、FESFPS和vWA等6个STR基因座进行分析,采用高分辨率的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离、银染法显影技术,对云南白族上述6个STR基因座进行遗传多态性调查。结果CSF1PO基因座,观察到7个等位基因,19个基因型;TPOX基因座,观察到5个等位基因,11个基因型;TH01基因座,观察到6个等位基因,16个基因型;F13A01基因座,观察到6个等位基因,16个基因型;FESFPS基因座,观察到7个等位基因,15个基因型;vWA基因座,观察到7个等位基因,21个基因型。结论上述6个短串联重复序列基因座基因频率分布与Hardy-Weinberg平衡吻合良好。
Objective This study was conducted to make known the distribution of six STR
loci in Bai ethnic group in Yunnan province. Methods DNA extraction from blood samples (126
in number) and multiplex amplification of CSF1PO, TPOX, TH01, F13A01, FESFPS and vWA were
carried out. Using denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver stain, the authors
investigated the distribution of allele frequencies of CSF1PO, TPOX, TH01, F13A01, FESFPS and
vWA loci in Bai ethnic group living in Yunnan province. Results 7 alleles and 19 genotypes of
CSF1PO locus, 5 alleles and 11 genotypes of TPOX locus, 6 alleles and 16 genotypes of TH01
locus, 6 alleles and 16 genotypes of F13A01 locus, and 7 alleles and 15 genotypes of FESFPS
locus,and 7 alleles and 21 genotypes of vWA locus were observed. Conclusion The allele
distribution of the loci was in good agreement with the HardyWeinberg equilibrium.
