葡萄糖酸锌配合吗丁啉治疗小儿厌食的临床体会

The clinical experience einc gluconate with domperidone in treating anorexia

目的评价与总结葡萄糖酸锌联合吗丁啉治疗小儿厌食症的疗效。方法选择2008年7月～2010年7月来笔者所在医院就诊的小儿厌食症患儿72例,采用胃动力药吗丁啉(西安杨森制药有限公司出品)及葡萄糖酸锌口服治疗小儿厌食症36例,对照组36例。结果经葡萄糖酸锌配合吗丁啉治疗2周后,治疗组总有效率为88.89%,显著优于对照组69.44%的有效率,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌配合吗丁啉治疗小儿厌食症方法简单方便、疗效可靠。

Objective To evaluate the combination of domperidone and summary gluconate efficacy of treatment of children with anorexia. Methods From July 2008 to July 2010,72 cases of children with infantile anorexia to our hospital, with gastric motility drug domperidone （Xi＇an -Janssen Pharmaceutical Co. , Ltd. produced） and zinc gluconate oral treatment of children with anorexia in 36 cases, and establish the control group of 36 cases. Results After 2 weeks treatment of Zinc Gluconate with domperidone, the total effective rate was 88.89%, significantly better than the control group 69.44%. There was significant difference between the 2 groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Zinc gluconate treatment of infantile anorexia with domperidone is simple and convenient, reliable effect.
