甘肃酒泉地区三聚氰胺致婴幼儿泌尿系结石流行病学随访调查

摘要 目的调查甘肃酒泉地区含三聚氰胺超标奶粉致泌尿系结石的发病及1年部分患儿随访情况。方法对2008年甘肃酒泉地区"三聚氰胺致泌尿系结石调查"筛查阳性的100例婴幼儿行血常规、尿常规、血生化、B型超声等检查,治疗1年后对其中20例患儿行B超及血、尿肾功检查,综合评价三聚氰胺对婴幼儿肾脏可能的损害作用。结果患儿年龄越小,食用奶粉时间越长,双肾结石出现的概率就越高(P<0.01)。治疗1年后20例患儿19例治愈。1例存有右肾结晶,治愈率达95.0%。其余指标无显著差异。结论婴幼儿低龄食用大剂量含有三聚氰胺的奶粉更容易导致双肾结石。 Objective To investigate the incidence and 1 year follow - up situation in urolithiasis of infants who ingested milk tainted with melamine in Jiuquan area. Methods The sample was collected from 100 infants of urolithiasls who ingested milk powder tainted with melamine in 2008 and 20 infants participated follow up group in JiuQuan area in 2009. Analyzing the disease by the blood routine, urinary routine, uhrasonagraphy to find out the correlations between the urolithiasis and melamine, sex, age, intake periods of infants. Results From the study, it was concluded that the younger age, the longer intaken period of milk powder of the infants had got a significant correlations to the urolithiasis, especially for the bitteral renal calculus happen ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the result of follow shows that 19 infants out of 20 were cured, one had 3 mm crystal in right kidney, the cure rate was 95.0%. Conclusion The serious incidence of urolithiasis would easily happen when the younger infants ingested milk powder tainted with melamine.
