摘要
随着就业制度改革的不断深入,医学研究生就业也出现了一些新问题。本文通过分析大连医科大学2007～2009届毕业研究生的就业状况及特点,提出了在新形势下应对这些问题的一系列措施,以期更好地指导医学研究生就业。
Along with employment system reform unceasingly thorough, the employment of medical postgraduate had met some new problems. Through the analysis of the employment characteristics of the postgraduate in Dalian Medical University in 2003 and 2004 sessions, a series of countermeasures were put forward to deal with these issues under the new situation in order to give better employment guide for the medical post - graduate.
