输尿管结石的二维彩色多普勒超声诊断及临床价值研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨二维彩色多普勒超声在输尿管结石诊断方面的应用价值。方法将笔者所在医院近10年来有二维彩色多普勒超声检查结果并经多种检查证实,临床确诊的输尿管结石病例进行统计分析。应用美国产Apdogee-CX型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪和PHILIPS公司生产的HDI5000型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,经膀胱透声窗和腰背部肌肉透声窗,检测肾盂或/和输尿管扩张程度,并顺输尿管向下扫查,发现输尿管梗阻的部位和病变性质。结果 854例输尿管病变的患者中,输尿管结石者628例,超声诊断621例,有7例漏诊或诊断为其他疾病,诊断符合率达98.88%。结论二维彩色多普勒超声检查输尿管结石符合率极高,可以作为临床诊断输尿管结石的首选检查方法。 Objective To study the effects of the two - dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing ureteral calculi. Methods By studying the ureteral calculi cases in the past ten years in their hospitals, the authors made a contrast analysis between the data diagnosed by two - dimensional color Doppler uhrasonography and those which were clinical confirmed after thorough examinations. Applying Apdogee - CX color Doppler ultrasonographic instrument made in U. S. A and the HD 5000 color Doppler uhrasonographic instrument from PHILIPS Company , the authors analyzed the sound - penetrating images of the urinary bladder and back muscles, checked the expansion of the renal pelvis and ureters, and detected the ureteral obstructions and nature of the lesions. Results Among the 854 patients with ureteral disease ,628 cases were diagnosed as ureteral calculi, of which 621 eases were diagnosed by ahrasonography, 7 cases were missed or misdiagnosed as other diseases, the diagnostic accuracy was up to 98.88%. Condusion Two - dimensional Doppler uhrasonography performs a very high accuracy in diagnosing ureteral calculi, it is the first choice in clinical diagnosis of ureteral calculi.
