摘要
目的研究不同缺血时间对移植骺板组织结构和生长的影响。方法在36只8周幼兔的右下肢,对胫骨上端骺板的血供分别阻断2、4和8小时,在左侧胫骨相同部位埋置金属标志作为对照,利用X线测量术后第3个月的生长长度,并作切片观察骺板组织学改变。结果缺血2和4小时的骺板组织结构正常,生长速度与对照侧相同。缺血8小时可导致骺板中心散在变性、坏死,生长速度较对照侧慢。结论4小时以内的缺血对骺板的组织学和生长无影响。缺血8小时,可使骺板生长减慢,但未见到骨桥形成或骺早闭现象。
Objective To evaluate the effect of duration of ischaemia on epiphyseal transplantation.Methods Circulation to proxoimal epiphysis of right tibia was occluded for 2, 4 and 8 hours respectively in36 immatuure rabbits of 8 week of age. The right tibial lengths were measured radiologically and structurestudied histologically after 3 months. The contralateral tibia was served as controls. Results The lengthand hisao1ogy of tibias in 2-and 4-hoUr ischaemia groups were normal. The tibias were shorter and showedtiny central epiphseal necrosis in the 8-bar ischaemia group. Conclusions Ischaemia up to 4 hours incursno damage to tibial epiphysis. Isehaemia of 8-hour duration leads to slower lengthening. No premature epiphyseal closure or bone bridge is observed.
