α-半水石膏及其混合料的性能

摘要 为获得良好的石膏铸型及提高石膏产品质量,对α-半水石膏及其混合料的性能进行了研究。通过试验,确定了水膏质量比为0.5时,α-半水石膏的抗弯强度较好;α-半水石膏混合了莫来石粉、锆英石粉、增强纤维等成分后,使得整体综合性能大幅上升,最佳质量配比为1:0.25:0.2:0.021;焙烧温度对石膏抗弯强度有显著影响,随着焙烧温度升高,纯α-半水石膏抗弯强度下降较快,混合α-半水石膏强度下降缓慢,最佳焙烧温度为50~60℃。 α serni-hydrated gypsum and the performances of its mixture are studied to improve quality of gypsum casting and gypsum product. The experiments illustrate that the bending strength of gypsum is better when the ratio of water and gypsum is 0.5. The overall comprehensive performance is increased obviously after α semi-hydrated gypsum mixed with mullite powder,zircon powder,reinforcing fibers and other ingredients, the best mass ratio is 1 : 0. 25 : 0. 2 : 0. 021. The calcination temperature has significant effects on bending strength of gypsum. The bending strength of pure gypsum decreases rapidly and bending strength of mixture gypsum decreases slowly with the increasing of calcination temperature, and the best calcination temperature is 50-60 ℃.
