地方高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设问题

Construction problems of subject librarian system in local university

叙述了高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设的基本状况,分析学科馆员建设中的问题,在办馆理念、学科服务制度与其他服务制度的关系、学科服务对象与学科服务模式的选择、学科馆员自我提高与团队合作等方面提出对策。结合辽宁科技大学图书馆,探讨了开展学科服务的方法与途径。

In this paper, the basic conditions of the subject librarians system construction are introduced, the problems during the construction are analyzed, and some countermeasures are proposed, such as the managing idea, the connection between subject service system and other service system, the subject service target and the choice of service models, and the subject librarian＇s self-improvement and teamwork. By combining with the library of Liaoning Science and Technology University, the methods and process of the subject service are discussed.
