Nursing care of patients with foramen magnum meningioma undergoing micro-surgical treatment

[目的]总结枕大孔区脑膜瘤病人行显微手术治疗的护理。[方法]对10例枕大孔区脑膜瘤病人行显微手术治疗,同时加强心理护理、病情的观察、呼吸道的护理、切口和引流管的护理、饮食护理、面神经瘫的护理、术后肢体的功能锻炼。[结果]10例病人中,手术全切除9例,次全切除1例,1例术后第7天死亡,9例恢复良好。[结论]加强枕大孔区脑膜瘤病人行显微手术治疗的护理是手术成功的保证。

Objective：It summarized the nursing care of patients with foramen magnum meningioma undergoing microsurgical treatment.Methods： A total of 10 patients with foramen magnum meningioma had accepted microsurgical treatment. At the same time,psychological nursing care of patients were strengthened. The pathogenetic condition of them were observed. All cases had been given respiratory tract nursing care, incision and drainage tube nursing, diet nursing, nursing care of the facial nerve paralysis and postoperative functional exercise of limbs. Results： Among all, 9 cases have undergone total resection, one case had undergone subtotal resection. And one case died on the 7th day after operation. The other 9 cases had recovered well.Conclusion： To strengthen the nursing care of patients with foramen magnum meningioma undergoing microsurgical treatment was the guarantee of successful operation.
