泸州市儿童血铅水平与5种微量元素的关系

摘要 目的 探讨泸州市儿童血铅(Pb)水平与其锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)含量的关系.方法 以泸州医学院附属医院儿科体检的2 502例0~14岁以下儿童为检测对象,用原子吸收光谱仪测量其Pb、Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg含量,并对血铅与Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg等含量进行相关性分析.结果 以美国国家疾病控制中心(CDC)制定的铅中毒标准(血铅水平〉100 μg/L)为界线,儿童的铅中毒检出率为9.95%,其中铅中毒组的钙(1.69±0.17)、锌(71.43±15.34)极显著低于血铅未中毒组(P〈0.01),铁(7.31±1.37)显著低于血铅未中毒组(P〈0.05),而铜和镁则差异没有显著性(P〉0.05).结论 血铅中毒的儿童除导致铅中毒外,还可导Zn、Fe、Ca微量元素的缺少.铅中毒儿童在驱铅治疗的同时,还要同时补充钙、锌、铁等微量元素. Objective To explore the correlation between blood lead level and blood levels of five trace elements, zinc (Zn), copper (Cu) ,iron(Fe) ,calcium(Ca) and magnesium(Mg) among Children in Luzhou city. Methods Serum content of Pb of 2502 children during 0 -14 years form children department of Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College, which were measured by atomic spectrograph. Moreover, a correlation analysis on levels of blood lead and blood Zn,Cu ,Fe,Ca and Mg was made. Results According to criteria of lead poisoning(blood lead level greate than or equal to 100Lg/L)formulated By Center for Disease Control of the US. The incidence rate of children was 9.95%, and the lead poisoning group's calcium ( 1.69 ±0. 17), zinc (71.43 ± 15.34) extremely obviously is lower than the blood lead not to be poisoned the group ( P 〈 0. 01 ), the iron (7.31 ± 1.37 ) obviously is lower thau the blood lead not to be poisoned the group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but the copper and the magnesium difference do not have the significance ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The lead poisoning children gets rid of blood besides leading to lead poisoning , the mieroelement may lead Zn , Cu, Ca is short of. Lead poisoning in the treatment of children ,while also adding ealcian, zinc, iron and the other trace elements.
