摘要
为解决股骨干不稳定性骨折难固定、易旋转、弯针、断针的问题,设计了一种组合式分叉防旋转髓针增加了固定强度,改传统髓内针在股骨中轴线上呈直线固定为中轴线上呈面状固定。临床治疗股骨干多段骨折、粉碎Ⅲ型、中上1/3和中下1/3粉碎骨折32例,获得良好的效果。认为分叉防旋转髓内针结构简单、合理,有较好的防旋转性和抗弯强度,操作简便,有广泛的推广价值。
In order to solute the problems of femoral shaft fractures which are difficult to fix, easily to rotate, and the needles often bent and broken, the composing anti-rotate intramedullary needle of dividing branch was designed for fix-ing strength and changed the traditional needle which is fixed as a thread fixation into a square fixation at the middle axis of femur. Results showed that results were good from 32 cases of treatment of segment fractures of femoral shaft com-minuted fracture TypeⅢ and proximal 1/3, distal 1/3 femoral fracture. Authors consider that the structure of antirotary intramedullary needle of dividing branch is simple and reasonable. It also has a better anti-turning and anti - bending character and it is easy to operate. So it has a wide recommending value.
