摘要
主要针对某铁塔制造企业的生产管理、材料管理、优化下料的业务流程进行分析与研究,应用ERP原理、数据库技术把优化下料算法融合到材料管理中去,提出了比较实用的系统方案,并在此基础上开发了基于优化下料算法的铁塔制造企业材料管理软件系统,通过下料管理、采购管理、库存分析等功能模块,为企业构建了高性能的下料使用环境,成功地实现了铁塔制造企业材料管理的科学化和信息化。
