摘要
介绍了Inventor平台下的虚拟装配方法,重点研究了部件装配方法、iMate智能装配机制、总体装配及装配过程仿真,并把这种方法应用于某系列高压隔离开关设备的装配中,研究结果表明,该虚拟装配方法具有可行性和高效性,缩短了产品生命周期,并提高了系列产品的开发效率。
Based on the unit assembly method, it introduces virtual assembly methods under the Inventor plat- form, describes iMate intelligence assembly mechanism, overall assembly and the assembly process simula- tion. It applies these functions in some series high- voltage isolation switch equipment＇s assembly, raises the design efficiency of serial products.
