摘要
针对航空复合材料当前应用现状,阐述了一种适用于非均质材料力学性能分析的多组分分析方法(MCT)的基本原理。该方法的基本思想是通过构造代表性体积单元(RVE)反映复合材料的内部结构,在此基础上进行各组分"原位"属性计算及应力应变提取。MCT技术可以一定程度提高分析效率和精度,对航空航天复合材料的结构设计具有重要的指导意义。
Aiming at the situation of aerospace composite application, it presents the basic theory of Multi- Continuum Technology (MCT)for mechanical analysis of heterogeneous materials. The basic idea is to con-struct a Representative Volume Element(RVE)for capturing the inner architecture of composite. Based on RVE, it performs the calculation the "in situ" property of all constituents and decomposition of stress/strain. The MCT method can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of simulation, which is significant in the design of aerospace composite structure.
