摘要
从机床控制系统的典型电气特征参数检查的角度出发,举例说明了基于"电气特征值分析"的维修原理和方法。维修人员可以根据实际测得的机床控制系统的相关参数量(如:电压、电流、电阻及各类开关的状态等数值)与系统特征值进行比对,即可快速地找到故障原因,并排除故障,其关键是对数控机床电气特征值的恰当选取、特征值库的建立以及准确获得特征值。有效地利用这种方法对于提高维修人员的工作效率有很大的帮助。
Based on analysis of typical electric characteristics of machine tool control system, it proposes the maintenance principle and method. By comparing the measuring values such as voltage, current and resistance with the control system characteristics, this mehod can fleetly realize fault diagnosis. The key item of this method is the choice of electric characteristics for machine tool control system and database construction. This can effectively advance the maintenance process.
