摘要
2007年以前,新疆油田公司气田装置所产生的富气均通过火炬放空燃烧,既增加了CO_2排放量,对环境产生污染,同时也造成资源浪费。文章介绍了分子筛脱水、增压分离处理两种回收工艺技术及其适应性,通过现场实践,实现富气的自用和作为商品气外输,年回收利用富气2442×10~4m^3,实现了零排放,节能减排效果显著。
Prior to 2007,rich gas generated by gas field facilities of Xinjiang Oilfield Company was torch flared,which not only increased the atmospheric CO_2 emissions and posed environmental pollution,but also wasted the resources.This article introduces two recycling procedures of molecular sieve dehydration and pressure boost separation treatment and their adaptability.Through on-site practice,on one hand,rich gas is partly consumed by the facility itself and on the other hand, it is transported as a commodity.As a result,the annual recycling of rich gas reaches 2442×10~4 m^3,zero emission is achieved and energy saving effect is remarkable.
