润肺治纤汤对实验性肺纤维化模型大鼠肺组织病理变化的影响

Therapeutic effect of moistening lung treating fibrosis soup on experimental model rats for lung firosis

目的探讨润肺治纤汤对实验性肺纤维化大鼠肺组织病理变化的影响。方法 54只Wistar大鼠均分为对照组、模型组、治疗组,14、28 d两个时段处死大鼠做肺系数测定和肺组织羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量检测,28 d肺组织苏木精-依红染色、Van Gieson胶原染色。结果模型组肺系数和肺组织HYP含量较正常对照组显著增加(P<0.05),肺组织肺纤维化病理变化明显;28 d治疗组肺系数、HYP含量与模型组比较显著降低(P<0.05),肺组织肺纤维化病理变化程度轻于模型组。结论润肺治纤汤具有减轻实验性肺纤维化大鼠肺组织纤维化的作用。

Objective To approach the effect of moistening lung treating fibrosis soup on pathological change of pulmonary fibrosis rats. Methods The 54 rats were divided into 3 grougs, normal control, model control, experimental control, the rats were killed on the 14 days and 28 days to determine the HYP of lungs, on the 28th day ,the lungs were dyed by ttE and VG. Results The quotient and HYP were increased campared model control with nomal control （P 〈 0.05 ） , pathological change of lung was obvious; The quotient and HYP were decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, pathological change of pulmonary fibrosis was slighter eampared experimental control with model control. Conclusion Moistening lung treating fibrosis soup can decrease pulmonary fibrosis of rats.
