胃切除术后并发肺结核相关因素分析

Study on the correlation factors on pulmonary tuberculosis complication after gastrectomy

目的探索影响胃切除术后并发肺结核的相关因素,为胃切除术后减少并发肺结核提供参考依据。方法对566例因消化性溃疡行胃切除术患者进行随访,依据辅助检查结合临床症状进行诊断。结果127例并发肺结核,有显著性的相关因素为:胆汁反流、年龄、家庭经济状况、吸烟(P<0.05)。结论并发胆汁反流、年龄大、家庭经济收入低、重度吸烟的胃切除术者应警惕并发肺结核。

Objective To explore the correlation factors on pulmonary tuberculosis complication after gastrectomy to lay foundation for their reduction. Methods 566 cases of peptic ulcer were selected after gastrectomy, pulmonary tuberculosis was diagnozed on the bases of auxiliary examination and clinical symptoms. Results Pulmonary the number of tuberculosis complication was 127, the significance correlation factors were followed： bile regurgition, age, economics status of family and smoking（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion After gastrectomy the patients with bile regurgition complication, eider age, poorer economics status of family and heavy smoking should been on guard against pulmonary tuberculosis.
