社区中糖尿病患者认知障碍对治疗的影响

Mental factor plays an important role in therapy of diabetes in community

目的了解社区内糖尿病患者对使用胰岛素的态度。方法社区医生通过询问,对159例糖尿病患者进行调查。结果社区内糖尿病患者对使用胰岛素普遍存在心理认知障碍。结论对于心理认知障碍的患者,社区干预是必需的。

Objective In order to understand the attitude towards therapy with insulin in diabetic patients in community. Methods A investigation by inquiry was carried out among 159 cases with diabetes. Results The results showed that patients with diabetes keep a mental dysfunction to insulin widespreadely. Conclusion The study suggested that the dysfunction will be harmful to the patients health , as well as the propaganda and education about diabetes is an important method in preventing hyperglycemia from resulting in diabetic complications.
