糖心通脉汤治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛临床研究 被引量:12

Clinical Study on Tangxintongmai Tang Treating Diabetes Complicated By Coronary Heart Disease and Heartstroke

摘要 将66例糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为两组,治疗组用糖心通脉汤治疗,对照组用消心痛治疗。结果表明:糖心通脉汤治疗心绞痛显效率为3333%,总有效率为8485%,硝酸甘油停减率为8788%,优于消心痛(P<0.05);心电图总有效率为6970%,也优于消心痛(P<0.05)。本方还可降低糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三脂、载脂蛋白B、脂蛋白(a)水平,提高载脂蛋白Al水平;降低组织型纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI-1)、D-Ⅱ聚体水平;提高左室舒张早期充盈速度E峰值,降低左室舒张晚期充盈速度A峰值,并升高E/A比值;上述作用均显著优于消心痛对照组。提示糖心通脉汤不仅具有良好的改善糖尿病患者糖、脂肪代谢紊乱的作用,而且还能改善患者的异常凝血纤溶状态。 Divide 66 patients into 2 groups at random, the treatment group with Tangxingtongmai Tang(TT) and the control group with vascardin. Results show that: In treatment of heartstroke with TT, the excellent rate is 33.33%, general effective rate is 84.85%, nitroglycerin withdrawal and reduce rate is 87.88%, better than vascardin. By the electrocardiogram(ECG) general effective rate is 69.70%, also better than vascardin. At the same time, this prescription can decrease the level of glycosylated hemoglobincholesteroltriglycerideapoprotein Blipoprotein and increase the level of apoprotein A1, decrease the level of the histiotypic profibrinolytic activator inhibitor (PAI1). Also it can increase peak value E of the filling rate of left ventricular earlydilatation and decrease peak value A of the latedilatation, increase the ratio of E/A. The functions above of TT are remarkably better than the control group of vascardin. This research indicated that TT not only has the function of relieving the disturbance of carbohydrate and fat metabolism of diabetes patients, but it can improve the abnormal clotting fibrinolysis, enhance the heart function.
