摘要
目的:检测串珠镰刀菌主要代谢产物FumonisinB1在华北食管癌高发区玉米中的含量并比较高发区和低发区的含量差别。方法:反相高效液相色谱柱前衍生荧光法。结果:正常玉米FB1的阳性率为9090%,平均含量为140±050μg/g。霉变玉米的阳性率为100%,平均含量为8891±1307μg/g。结论:高发区的串珠镰刀菌污染率和FB1含量比较高。
Objective:to determine the content of Fumonisin B1 in corn from high risk area of esophageal cancer and compare the content difference between the high risk and the low risk areas of esophageal cancer.Methods:reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector.Results:The positive detection rates of FumonisinB1 in moldy and fine samples were 100% and 90 90%,respectively.The average content of FumonisinB1 in moldy corn samples is 88 90±13 1μg/g,and the apparently healthy corn samples is 1 40±0 50μg/g.Conclusion:The frequency of FumonisinB1 contamination and content in corn from high risk area are very high,it may be involved in etiology of esophageal cancer.
