摘要
以创业带动就业是当前国家的重要战略,研究创业能够带动的就业量是一个重要的课题。通过文献研究和数据调查,分析创业带动就业的倍增效应,包括创业对就业率的正、负相关性和时滞关系,以及创业对岗位的创造能力与企业规模之间的负相关性。由此从政府、高校、社会三个方面就如何扩大创业带动就业的倍增效应提出若干建议。
Establishing business startup driving employment is an important national strategy currently.Thus it is a significant issue to study the quantity of obtaining employment driven by establishing business.Based on literature research and survey data,this paper will analyze the multiplication effect of business startup driving employment including positive and negative correlation effects and time-lag effects of the influence of business startup on employment rate as well as the influence of business startup on creative ability of the post and negative correlation effects among enterprise scale.Therefore,it puts forward some suggestions on how to enlarge the multiplication effect of business startup driving employment from aspects of government,college and society.
