全球气候变暖对人类生存和发展不断提出新的挑战,低碳理念已经成为全球热点,低碳责任已成为企业发展价值观的必然选择。企业低碳责任的驱动乏力、政府低碳责任的带动失力、社会低碳责任的推动无力是当前弱化我国企业低碳责任的主要因素。应从企业、政府以及社会三位一体的强化模式推进企业低碳责任的实现。

Global climate warming has unceasingly brought new challenges to human survival and development,and the low carbon idea has been a global hotspot,and low carbon responsibility has become an inevitable choice of enterprise development values.The asthenia actuation of enterprises at the aspect of low carbon responsibility,the shortage of government＇s leading to responsibility of low carbon,and the social weakness impetus of low carbon responsibility are current primary factors which attenuate the low carbon responsibilities of our country enterprises.To push the realization of low carbon responsibility,we shoud strength the mode of three-in-one among enterprises,government and society.
