经阴道彩色多普勒观测子宫良恶性肿瘤的子宫动脉血流动力学改变

Coloured doppler observation of uterine arterial haemodynamic change in uterine benign or malignant tumour via vagina

应用经阴道彩色多普勒技术，观测子宫动脉和肿瘤血流，２２５例正常育龄妇女作为对照组，１１６例患肿瘤妇女作为异常组。结果表明，患有肿瘤的子宫，其子宫动脉血流量增加，而恶性肿瘤子宫动脉血流量较良性肿瘤显著增加，统计结果有极显著差异。
