土家族宗教信仰是古代巴人宗教信仰的承接,从土家族宗教信仰所反映的一些特征来看,它体现了古代巴文化发展的主要面貌,同时也是土家族宗教信仰的重要线索。
The religion of Tujia nationality is originally in succession to that of the ancient Ba people,for in many aspects the former exhibits the general features of history of the Ba culture in ancient times,which are also the clues for exploration into the religion of Tujia nationality.
