栗蚕种群遗传多样性的ISSR分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了揭示栗蚕地理种群间的内在联系,利用ISSR技术对12个地理种群的栗蚕进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明:20个ISSR引物共扩增326条谱带,其中276条具有多态性,多态性比率为84.66%。不同种群栗蚕间的遗传距离(D)为0.2577~0.4908,由UPGMA聚类分析软件绘制了分子进化树,发现遗传聚类与其目前的地理分布有密切的相关性,且已发生了遗传分化。 Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) was used to detect the genetic diversity of Dictyoploca japonica from 12 geographic populations in order to clarify the genetic relationship among populations.A total of 326 bands were produced with 20 ISSR primers,among which 276 were polymorphic.The percentage of polymorphic loci was 84.66.The genetic distance between populations ranged from 0.257 7 to 0.490 8.Cluster analysis performed by UPGMA demonstrated that genetic clustering was closely related to current geographic distribution,and genetic differentiation existed in D.japonica populations.
