摘要
本文在界定学术能力、需求分析等概念的基础上，从学术能力的需求分析角度反思我国英语专业研究生教育中存在的一些问题，并结合研究生学术能力发展提出相应对策，希望能为我国英语专业研究生教育提供一定启示。
This paper, based on definitions of academic competence and needs analysis, and a needs analysis of academic competence, attempts to address the problems in various types of English postgraduate education in China. It puts forward some practical suggestions for academic competence development of English postgraduates. Hopefully, the paper will provide certain enlightenment for English postgraduate education in China.
