高效液相色谱法测定茴桂妇炎胶囊中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Peoniflorin in Huiguifuyan Capsules by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定茴桂妇炎胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。方法采用DiamonsilTMC18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾(30:70)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长230nm,柱温23℃。结果芍药苷在0.506～2.024μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.66%,RSD=1.24%。结论本法操作简单,精密度好,结果准确可靠,可作为茴桂妇炎胶囊的质量控制标准。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of peoniflorin in Huigulfuyan capsules. Methods The analysis was performed on a DiamonsilTM C18 （200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column. The mobile phase was methanol-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate （30 ： 70） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was 230 nm and the column temperature was 23 ℃. Results The linear range of peonifiorin was 0.506~2.024 mg/mL （r =0.999 7）, with average recovery of 100.66% and RSD of 1.24%. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, specific and can be used for the quality control of Huiguifuyan capsules.
