摘要
针对城市地下空间大规模开发利用中内部的灾害事故及使用功能的单一性和封闭性,从地下空间的综合性和协作性,以及灾害事故管理的要求入手,分析了国内外城市地下空间灾害事故管理的现状和综合性特征,提出了城市地下空间发展模式和灾害事故综合管理的对策。
Based on the disasters and accidents of developing and utilizing the underground space ,and the unitarity and closing in the using of that ,from the city underground space at home and abroad,this paper has analysised the situation and comprehensive feature of the management which is of the disasters and accidents,and has put forward the developing model and the comprehensive managing measures of the city underground space.
