分泌性中耳炎与感音神经性耳聋关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 分泌性中耳炎即非化脓性中耳炎,以鼓室积液和传导性聋为主要特征,经治疗后听力即可恢复.但临床上也发现少数分泌性中耳炎患者治愈后骨导听阈未恢复,而产生感音神经性聋.有关分泌性中耳炎伴骨导听阈改变,国内外学者已有报道,本文就分泌性中耳炎与感音神经性耳聋的关系做一综述. Secretory otitis media is non- suppurative otitis media, which main characteristics is ear effusion and conductive heating loss, the heating can be restored after treatment. But also a small number of clinical patients with secretory otitis media are not restored in terms of bone conduction hearing threshold, resulting sensorineural hearing loss. The secretory otitis media with bone conduction hearing threshold changes have been reported in domestic and foreign scholars, the following paper is on the correlation between secretory otitis media and sensori- neural heating loss.
