摘要
通过对灵芝1个野生菌株和9个栽培菌株进行平板初筛和液体发酵复筛,得到一株漆酶高产菌株。以该菌株为研究对象,分别考察了不同浓度Cu2+和真菌诱导子对其产漆酶的影响。结果表明:在一定浓度范围内,Cu2+能够促进该灵芝菌株漆酶的生产,当Cu2+浓度为1.0 mmol/L时,灵芝漆酶的活性达到最高;真菌诱导子同样能够显著促进灵芝漆酶的生产,随着真菌诱导子浓度的升高,灵芝漆酶的活性也逐渐升高,当真菌诱导子浓度达到120μg/mL时,灵芝漆酶活性达到最高。
A high yield laccase producing strain was screened with PDA plate containing 0.04% guaiacol in the shaking flasks from 1 wild strain and 9 cultivated strains of Ganderma lucidum. The influences of different concentrations of Cu2+ and fungal elicitor from a mushroom pathogen strain Acremonium stricture on laccase production by this strain were explored, The results showed that Cu2+ in a concentration range (0-2mmol/L) could promote laccase production, and the highest activity of laccase was observed at 1.0mmol/L Cu2+. Fungal elicitor can also obviously increase laccase activity, and the highest laccase activity was obtained when elicitor level was 120ug/ml.
