透性化酒精酵母细胞产海藻糖方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了海藻糖生物合成中酒精酵母细胞渗透处理工艺。试验结果表明,用15mL浓度为0.5%(v/v)的吐温-60为渗透剂,在30℃条件下渗透处理1g湿酵母45min即得透性化酵母细胞,经发酵培养后海藻糖含量可达0.917g/L。 The production of trehalose by yeast using permeabilization method was investigated in this paper. The cells in suspension were converted into permeabilized cells after lg wet yeast cells were treated by 15ml 0.5%(v/v) Tween-60 for 45min at 30℃. The concentration of trehalose in medium was 0.917g/L.
