摘要
要实现常温等电离交法提取谷氨酸的良性循环、生产优质夫酸,就必须要优化和正确控制工艺技术条件,以提高α-GA的结晶效果,降低上清液GA的含量。要达到理想效果,关键在于系统中的排杂状况,即:(1)优化工艺技术,严把排尾关,实现丰产丰收;(2)变晶母液的水解要彻底,滤渣去除占变晶夫酸的2%~5%;(3)定期置换后流,提高高流质量;(4)正确掌握变晶技术,生产优质变晶夫酸。
Optimization and control of technical conditions for production of high quality GA and sound circle of extraction of using room temperature iso-electric exchange extraction was discussed. For improved crystallization of a-GA and decreased content of GA in supernatants, the key procedure was removal of impurities, which could achieve by followed techniques. Optimization of process technology and strict control of final procedure of discharging of wastewater; Full hydrolysis of mother liquid of blastic and control disposal of residues blastic GA by 2%-5%, Change later part on certain time and improve the quality of high concentrated flow; Using blastic technology properly for high quality of blastic GA.
