摘要
通过单因素试验考察了超临界二氧化碳萃取芫荽籽油中萃取压力、二氧化碳流量、萃取时间、萃取温度对芫荽籽油萃取率的影响。利用二次响应曲面法对实验数据进行处理,得到最佳萃取率和相应工艺条件,以及关于萃取率的近似数学模型。
Effect of extraction pressure, CO2 flow rate, extraction time and extraction temperature on the yield of coriander seed oil by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid was studied with single factor experiments. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained by fitting the experimental dates with quadratic response surface methodology, and mathematical model of extraction was built, as well.
