摘要
斑节对虾(Reneus mnodon)联合国粮农组织通称大虎虾。分类学上隶属于节肢动物门、甲壳纲、十足目、游泳亚目、对虾科、对虾属,是对虾属中的大型种。广盐性,能耐高温和低氧抗病能力较强。个体大,壳较厚,可食比例低于中国对虾,肉质鲜美,营养丰富。近年来在连云港市条件适宜的海水养殖池塘逐渐开展斑节对虾单养和虾蟹混养生产。
