人力资本积累对福建省经济发展影响的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Influence of Human Capital Accumulation to Economic Growth in Fujian Province

文章利用有效劳动模型和人力资本外部性增长模型,研究了福建省人力资本积累对经济增长的贡献率,采用面板数据模型验证了人力资本对福建省三次产业的影响效应。实证研究表明:人力资本积累对福建省经济增长的边际贡献率高于物质资本的边际贡献率,对第一产业产生负向效应,对第二产业的正向效应高于第三产业。随后提出了通过人力资本积累促进福建省经济发展的若干对策建议。

This paper used the effective labor model and human capital externality model to research on the contribution of human capital accumulation to Fujian economic growth. And took the panal data model to examine the influence of human capital to the industry adjustment in Fujian province. The findings illustrated that human capital has higher marginal contribution to physical capital, inverted effection to primary industry, and the plus effection of secondary industry was greater than tertiary industry. Fianally, it put forward some countermeasures of human capital accumulation so as to promote Fujian economic development.
