摘要
管理开发是人力资源开发中的重要方法,一个管理开发项目的成功必须以组织的战略目标为基础。文章在分析战略管理和管理开发关系的基础上,重点分析在战略目标的指引下,管理开发项目实施的主要内容,最后提出了实施和研究管理开发项目时应注意的几个问题。
Management and development is one of the most important methods in human resource development. The success of the project on management and development depends ou the strategic objectives of the organization. Based on analyzing the relationship between the strategic objectives and the management and development, we focus on the content about the implementation, guided by the strategic ob- jectives. At last, we propound several points that should be attracted the attention in the implementation.
