摘要 由于文化多元性和沟通对象复杂众多的特质,使得多文化的国际团队在沟通管理上具有更多的不确定性难以控制的因素。文章以国际工程项目为例,基于文化距离的角度研究,测量文化差异性对沟通造成的影响,搭建全方位的沟通管理,为跨文化沟通管理提供新的视角。 Diversified culture and complex communication make multi -cultural team that has more uncertainty factors, which are difficuh to control in communication. This paper will take the international engineering projects as an example, measure how cuhural differences effect communication based of cultural distance studies, and buiht a full range of communication in management. This article provides a new perspective in cross -cultural communication management.
