血管内介入治疗输卵管妊娠的临床应用(附26例分析)

THE CLINICAL APPLICATION OF ENDOVASCULAR INTERVENTIONAL TREATMENT OF TUBAL PREGNANCY

目的：探讨动脉灌注甲氨蝶呤（MTX）治疗有胎心搏动的输卵管妊娠的临床价值。方法：对26例有胎心搏动的输卵管妊娠患者,行血管内注射甲氨蝶呤及栓塞治疗,并随访6个月。结果：26例宫外孕患者术后第2天胎心搏动均消失,宫外孕包块在24个月内均完全吸收。结论：对胎儿存活的输卵管妊娠患者应用甲氨蝶呤（MTX）动脉灌注治疗,效果明显,且能保持输卵管通畅,未出现严重并发症。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of arterial infusion of methotrexate（MTX） in tubal ectopic pregnancy with fetal heart beat.Methods： MTX was injected into uterine artery of 26 cases of tubal ectopic pregnancy with fetal heart beat and followed-up for 6 months.Results： The fetal heart beat disappeared on the second postoperative day in all patients,ectopic masses were completely absorbed in 2 to 4 months.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of methotrexate injection on tubal ectopic pregnancy with fetal heart beat was obvious,no obvious adverse complications were appearced
