老年牙列重度磨耗伴牙列缺损修复治疗中的重建探讨

RECONSTRUCTION OF OCCLUSION IN THE AGED WITH SEVERE DENTAL ATTRITION AND DEFECT OF DENTITION

目的:探讨老年牙列重度磨耗伴牙列缺损的重建修复治疗。方法:对75例牙列重度磨耗伴牙列缺损(部分伴有TMD症状)的老年患者采用垫式可摘义齿重建修复。结果:随访6～22个月,75例患者其颜面美观、咀嚼和发音功能得到明显改善。有TMD者,大部分患者关节症状缓解或消失;无TMD者,戴用义齿后未出现TMD症状,取得了良好的临床效果。结论:垫式可摘义齿重建是一种行之有效的治疗老年牙列重度磨耗伴牙列缺损的修复方法。

Objective：To discuss the prostheic method of reconsturcting the occlusion of severe dental attrition attrtiton with defect of dentition in the aged.Methods：Seventy-five aged people with severe dental attrition,some of them had the TMD symptom,were selected to accept the prosthetic therapy by the use of removable dentures combined with occlusal pads.Results：After 6-22months follow-up obvious improvement was obtained in their mastication function,chewing efficiency,pronouncing as well as rectification in their unilatrral mastication.Conclusions：The removable denture combined with occlusal splints are feasible and effective in the restoration of severe dental attrition with defect of dentition in the aged.
