摘要
研究人类动作发展基本规律,对人类动作发展进程有清晰的认识,知道哪些体育知识、技术最适合学生各个年龄阶段动作发展的,同时又知道这些体育知识、技术在学生身上是遵循着怎样的规律发展的,才能有信心地说:这样的体育知识、技术,在这个年龄进行教学是学生最需要的,是最适合学生发展的。因此,探索和理解儿童少年动作发展规律对于科学构建我国中小学体育课程教材具有深远的意义。
It is of great importance for us to study the basic laws of human being's movement development and get a clear understanding of its development course and know which kind of physical knowledge and skill is fit for the right age of students. Only in this way, can we have the confidence to say these knowledge and skill are necessary for this age of students and fit for their development. Hence, it is of great significance for us to explore and understand the teenagers' movement laws and construct the physical curriculum and teaching materials scientifically.
