从“精英党”到“群众党”:陈独秀治党思想与实践论略

From "Party of the Elite" to "Party of the Masses": CHEN Du-xiu's Theory and Practice on Governing the Party

从1921年到1927年,是中国共产党从"精英党"向"群众党"发展的重要时期。其间,陈独秀作为党的最高领导人制定、签发了一系列吸纳党员的决议。在"大革命"的特殊时期,陈独秀采取简化程序、缩短候补期等变通方式最大限度吸纳工人党员以壮大中共力量以抗衡国民党日益显露的威胁;但又从阶级属性出发,对知识分子入党心存戒备。在吸纳党员上,陈独秀看重成分、轻视信仰、急功近利、歧视知识分子的思想与实践不足为训。

The period from 1921 to 1927 is an important time for the Chinese Communist Party to develop from ＂the Party of the Elite＂ to ＂the Party of the Masses＂.At that time,CHEN Du-xiu,as the top leader of the CCP,constituted and issued a series of resolutions about admitting party members.During the special time of the Great Revolution,CHEN Du-xiu adopted the methods of simplifying the procedures and shortening the time as a candidate to utmostly admit worker party members,in the hope of expanding the power of the CCP so as to cope with the increasingly apparent threat from the Kuomintang.However,as for the intellectuals＇ joining the party,he was alert for the thinking of the class property.In a word,on the problem of admitting party members,CHEN Du-xiu highlighted the class status,despised belief,sought instant success and discriminated intellectuals,which is not a good example to be followed.
