进度控制和投资、质量控制一样,是工程项目施工阶段重点控制内容之一,也是保证项目如期完成、合理安排资源供应,节约工程成本的重要措施之一,本人结合中鼎国际有限责任公司(简称中鼎国际)阿联酋ADCP-359商住楼项目进度控制案例,探讨项目的进度控制与管理。
Progress control,just as investment and quality control,is one of the most important control contents in the constructing process of engineering project,which can guarantees the project completion as scheduled,the rational arrangement of resource supply and engineering cost-saving.On the basis of the progress control case of the business-and-living building project of Zhongding International Engineering Co.,Ltd.in the United Arab Emirates,the author probes into the progress control and management of project.
