面向全生命周期的产品绿色模块划分方法研究

Research on product's green module partition for whole life cycle

绿色模块划分要求兼顾产品功能属性与绿色属性的要求。文章通过几何、功能、物理3个方面的约束对功能分析所获得的基本单元进行规范,构建绿色模块划分的基础;并面向产品的全生命周期提出8个划分原则,来指导产品模块的划分,能够有效地保证功能属性与绿色属性;最后以某类型冰箱的模块划分为实例,对上述方法的有效性进行了验证。

In product＇s green module partition,both function performance and green performance must be considered.By three constraints of geometry,functional complexity and physics,the basic unit obtained from functional analysis is merged,and the foundation of product＇s green modularization is built.Eight principles are put forward for product＇s whole life cycle to direct its green module partition with effective function performance and green performance.Finally,an example of a certain type of refrigerators is provided to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed approach.
