摘要
文章基于无信号控制方式下机动车道和人行横道通行能力的计算理论,提出了采用信号控制时的相应计算模型;运用概率论和可穿插间隙理论,分析了人行横道由无信号控制方式过渡到信号控制方式的设置条件;在此基础上,从机动车道和人行横道通行能力的角度,给出了路段行人过街由平面过街方式过渡到立体行人过街方式的临界条件,通过实例分析表明,该条件可作为城市路段立体行人过街设施设置参考依据。
Based on the computational theory of motorway capacity and pedestrian crossing capacity under the condition of non-signal control,the corresponding calculation model under the condition of signal control is proposed.Meanwhile,the set condition that pedestrian crossing transforms from non-signal control mode to signal control mode is analyzed by using probability theory and gap acceptance theory.Then,from the perspectives of the motorway capacity and pedestrian crossing capacity,definite critical condition of the transformation from pedestrian crossing to pedestrian overpass on urban road sections is proposed.The method is shown to be feasible through a case study,which can be applied in pedestrian overpass planning on urban road sections.
