摘要
文章使用Procast模拟软件对镁合金减震器支撑件压铸成型过程进行多场耦合仿真模拟,并结合后期实验对零件缺陷出现的位置、尺寸以及是否符合产品安全指标要求进行验证分析。研究表明,缺陷的分布和尺寸均在安全指标范围之内,零件结构设计和成型工艺方案符合性能要求。模拟结果具有较高的可信度,可以为汽车轻量化提供重要的理论和数据支持。
Multi-field coupling numerical simulation is conducted concerning the die-casting process of magnesium alloy shock absorber bracket through the application of simulation software Procast,and based on the experiment carried out later,the verification analysis is made with regard to the location and size of defects and whether they meet the requirements of product safety factor.Studies show that the distribution and size of defects are within the safety factor range,and the parts meet the performance requirements in terms of structural design and molding technology.Simulation results are highly credible,and can provide important theoretical and data support for the lightweight design of automobiles.
