基于主观折扣算子的证据理论在群决策中的应用

Application of evidence theory in group decision-making based on subjective discounting operator

为了克服证据的片面性,根据人的证据处理机制,文章针对供应商评价指标体系中的大量定量与定性的数据,提出了通过获取决策者证据主观折扣算子对过片面证据进行折扣,然后再使用DS合成法则处理。算例验证结果表明,新的组合推理规则合成结果更符合人的直觉判断。

In order to reduce the influences of the one-sided evidences,and based on the mechanism that people handle different evidences,a large amount of qualitative and quantitative data in suppliers′ evaluation system is studied in this paper and the one-sided evidences are discounted by the subjective discounting operator obtained from decision-makers.Then the DS combination rule in evidence theory is applied to combine utilizable beliefs.The numerical example shows that the combination results gained by this new combination rule are closer to the presentative judgment of human.
